We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Expert. As the face of our studio, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every client enjoys a memorable and personalized experience from the moment they walk through our doors. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and a passion for delivering luxury service.

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, providing a personalized welcome and ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and coordinate with piercing artists to optimize scheduling efficiency.
• Provide detailed information about our piercing services, aftercare procedures, and studio policies, ensuring clients are well-informed.
• Assist clients in selecting jewelry options that complement their style and preferences, offering expert advice and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
• Handle client inquiries, phone calls, and email correspondence promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information and transactions.
• Collaborate closely with piercing artists and other team members to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Superficial ModSpa, embodying our values and commitment to excellence in every interaction with clients and team members.

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a Medspa, salon or spa. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of piercing services, aftercare techniques, and jewelry materials is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in scheduling software, POS systems, and basic computer skills.
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm for learning, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
