We offer re-welding and removal services if you need to remove it for any reason and would like the chain put back on. If your jewelry breaks, and you’d like it rewelded, we offer discounts for this service.

Yes! Your permanent jewelry can be removed by cutting the welded jump ring. Keep your chain to have re-welded back on at another time or re-design your chain by adding on a charm!

Yes. We are apart of a luxury piercing studio which operates on an appointment only basis. This ensures each client is given our one on one attention during their appointment time. 

If your permanent jewelry breaks at the jump ring (welded section) we will re-weld it back on for you for free up to 30 days of installation. If it breaks along the chain, within 30 days of install, we will re-weld it back on for 50% off our re-weld fee ($10) by adding an additional jump ring to the chain.
